Responsibility for Safety and the Environment

All ChemDelta Bavaria companies give top priority to environmental protection, health and safety. They not only maintain high standards but also continually improve them. Frequent controls by the regulatory authorities and independent inspectorates such as TÜV ensure that the plants meet the highest safety requirements and operate to cutting-edge technical standards.

The scope and frequency of preventive maintenance and continuous inspection of the plants and pipelines are specified in a host of technical regulations, laws, ordinances and directives. All production plants are regularly shut down, drained and cleaned for examination by independent inspectors. Production can only resume if the plant passes the inspection. Alarm and emergency response plans are kept continually up to date and emergency drills are performed regularly to ensure that everyone knows what to do in the event of a malfunction.
